Return and Exchange

We strive to make your return as easy as possible.

You can download your return label yourself in our returns portal. Click here to go to the returns portal. Please note the conditions for a free return label.

Please enter your order number and postcode in the returns portal to view your orders. Then select the order, the items you wish to return and a reason for return. You can then print out the return label.

For orders in one of our online shops:

Return order

If you are not satisfied with an item, you can return it in its original condition for up to 30 days after receipt. If you have received a defective item, please let our customer service know.

For the quickest and easiest processing of your return, please follow these steps:

- Please return your order to our warehouse within the cancellation period of 30 days after receipt.
- To ensure quick processing, please enclose the completed returns form and the delivery note/packing slip sent with the package.
- Please return the goods only in the original packaging.
- Please keep the receipt of the returned package in a safe place.
- The processing time of the return from receipt in our warehouse can take 7-14 days. 

For orders via Ebay or Amazon:

In principle, the return costs are to be borne by you; should you have received incorrect, defective or unsuitable goods, we will of course pay for the return shipment. In this case, please contact us.

Exchange

We do not offer an exchange. Please order the desired product with a new order. Return the product you wish to return to us. Upon receipt, we will refund your money.

Refund 

After we have received your return, the value of the goods will be refunded to the payment method used for the order.
If you paid in advance, we will need your bank details for the refund. Please state this on the returns form.

 

Footnotes

1) We would like to point out that if you do not send back your return shipment or do not send it back to us with sufficient postage, even though you would have to pay the return shipping costs, we will charge you the costs incurred of 12 euros.

2) As a rule, the return costs for Ebay orders are to be borne by you. For some offers we bear the return costs. The affected offers are marked accordingly and the information in the offer applies.
